NOTICE REQUIRING APPEARANCE IN PENDING ACTION
To the Defendant: Sabashun Borger and Kaylie Fosdick
The requisite affidavit for Notice by Publication having been filed, you are notified that at the instance of Plaintiff, GYB PROPERTIES, INC., the above-entitled action against you for the recovery of sums due and owing to the Plaintiff is now pending in the Circuit Court of Livingston County, Illinois.
Summons was issued in said suit and was returned without service stating that service could not be obtained.
You are hereby required to appear in person on May 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Livingston County Law and Justice Center, 110 N. Main St., Pontiac, Illinois 61764 for the trial of this case.
