Livingston County Zoning Public Notice Public notice is hereby given to all persons receiving this notice that a public hearing will be held by the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, relative to the review of a proposed variance to allow for a variation in decreasing the minimum front yard setbacks, in an AG, Agricultural, District, on the following described real estate to wit: 09 27 200 001 S27 T29 R5 .99 ACRE COM NW COR N1/2 NE E600' E216 S200' W216' N200' B288 P97 As a result of the petition of Raymond Owens, 15646 E. 2300 North Rd., Pontiac, IL, applicants and owners of said described property, which said petition is on file as Livingston County Zoning Case V-2-26 and available for examination in the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission Office, 112 W.
