LEGAL NOTICE-Published 04/08-PUBLICATION NOTICEIN THE INTEREST OFCastle WhiteMINOR(S)2026JA000084TO: JULIAN WHITE, ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, "ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" Take notice that on February 24, 2026, a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 by J. Hanley, State's Attorney, by his assistant, Brie A Simkulet, in the Circuit Court of Winnebago County, State of Illinois, 17th Judicial Circuit, entitled" "IN THE INTEREST OF: Castle White, MINOR(S)", and that in Courtroom 2 at the Juvenile Justice Center, on 4/28/2026, at the hour of 02:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, and adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the court under that Act. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION, YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD.
