NOTICE TO DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES Calumet City Plumbing Co., Inc., 281 River Oaks Drive, Calumet City, IL 60409, (708) 868-0074, is seeking Disadvantaged Businesses for the Village of Phoenix Lead Water Service Line Replacements Project IEPA FY26, IEPA L177263 for Subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Asphalt & Concrete Restoration, Landscaping Restoration, Materials, Hauling, Fence Removal & Replacement, Tree Removal, Asbestos Abatement, Interior Restoration, and Appointment Scheduling. All Disadvantaged Businesses should contact, in writing, (certified letter, return receipt requested), Moe Giglio, to discuss Subcontracting Opportunities. All negotiations must be completed prior to the bid opening date of 3/9/2026.
