Case No. 2026-PR-6 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given on the death of BLAIR E. HOERBERT, of San Jose, Logan County, Illinois. Letters of Office have been issued to Rose M. McAllister, 1803 Bluebird Drive, Webb City, Missouri 64870, whose attorney is Aimee S. Peterson, of Kuhfuss & Proehl, P.C., 342 Elizabeth Street, P.O. Box 1068, Pekin, Illinois 61554. Claims may be filed on or before August 31, 2026, or six months from the date of the first publication of this notice, whichever is later. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred, except that the claim of a creditor who has been notified by mail or delivery of notice shall be barred on said date or three months from the date of such mailing or delivery, whichever is later. Claims may be filed in the Office of said Court at the Logan County Courthouse, 601 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois 62656, with the Independent Executor, or both.
