PUBLIC NOTICE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT BUREAU COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF LOWELL K. KEPNER DECEASED NO. 2026-PR-6 CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of LOWELL K. KEPNER. Letters of office were issued to MICHELLE KEPNER, whose address is 138 E. Maple Ave., Manlius, IL 61338, as Independent Executor, whose attorneys of record are May, May, Angel & Harris, 708 S. Pleasant Street, Princeton, IL 61356. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Bureau County Courthouse, Princeton, Illinois 61356 or with the representative, or both, on or before the 21st day of August, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
