CLAIM NOTICE
Notice is given of the death of John E. Beaver of #8 Sycamore Lane, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on the 9th day of February 2026 to Brian S. Beaver of 5508 Massey Branch Dr., Rolesville, NC 27571. His attorney and registered agent is Donald A. Behle, 16 Illini Dr., Lincoln, Illinois 62656.
The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by e-filing a Petition to Terminate with the Logan County Circuit Clerk pursuant to the instructions on the clerk's website.
Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at Logan County, Lincoln, Illinois, or with the representative, or both on or before the 1st day of September 2026, which date is not less than six months after the first publication of this notice, or three (3) months from the date the representative mailed or delivered this notice to a creditor, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
