PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT BUREAU COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF LILA LUCILLE RAMOS, DECEASED NO. 2026PR9 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Lila Lucille Ramos. Letters of office were issued to Brenda J. Sloan of 1026 North Vernon Street, Princeton, Illinois 61356 and Michelle D. Rosenow of 27083 2100 North Avenue, Malden, Illinois 61337 as Independent Executors whose attorneys are Angel, Isaacson & Tracy, 111 Park Avenue East, Princeton, Illinois 61356. Notice is given to Justin Mills who is named in a petition filed in the above proceeding to probate a will and whose address is not stated in such petition, and to the descendants of Justin Mills per stirpes, any and all unknown heirs of Justin Mills whose names or addresses are not stated in the petition admitting the Will to probate that an order was entered by the court on February 23, 2026 admitting the Will to probate. Within 42 days after the effective date of the original order admitting, you may file a petition with the court to require proof of the Will by testimony of the witnesses to the Will in open court or other evidence, as provided in Section 6-21 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/6-21). You also have the right under Section 8-1 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the Will by filing a petition with the court within 6 months after admission of the Will to probate. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Court, Bureau County Courthouse, 700 South Main Street, Princeton, Illinois 61356, or with the Independent Executors, or both, on or before September 8, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a notice from the Independent Executors is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Independent Executors and to the attorneys within 10 days after it has been filed.
