IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE TWENTY-FIRST JUDICIAL CIRCUIT KANKAKEE COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF: JOHN DAVID VAUGHN, No. 26PR8 Deceased DEATH AND CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to claimants of the Estate of JOHN DAVID VAUGHN, Deceased. Letters Testamentary were issued on January 30, 2026 to DONNA HULS, as Executor, whose attorney is Katherine E. Perry, Edwards Group LLC, 3223 S. Meadowbrook Road, Suite A, Springfield, IL 62711. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 450 E. Court Street, Kankakee, Illinois 60901, or with the Representative, or both, on or before August 14, 2026 or three months from the date the Representative mailed or delivered a Notice to Creditor, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.
