CARMAIN, deceased IN PROBATE No. 26PR25 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Bennie D. Carmain of Bourbonnais, Illinois. Letters of office were issued to Jason L. Carmain, independent co-executor, 3940 N 5000 West Road, Kankakee, Illinois 60901 and Brian D. Carmain, independent co-executor, 3026 W State Route 17, Kankakee, Illinois 60901, whose attorneys are Deck Baron & Provost, 200 East Court Street, Suite 508, Kankakee, Illinois 60901. Claims may be filed on or before September 14, 2026, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims may be filed either with the independent co-executors or in the Office of the Clerk of this Court at the Kankakee County Courthouse, 450 E Court Street, Kankakee, Illinois 60901, or both. If filed with the Clerk of this Court, within ten (10) days after filing, a copy of the claim shall be mailed or delivered to the independent co-executors and to their attorneys.
