Notice of Public Hearing on Highway Commissioner's Budget Notice is hereby given that a Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Highway Commissioner's in the county of Kankakee State of Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2027, which will be online and on file conveniently available to public inspection at 1350 Armour Road, Bourbonnais, IL from and after 7:30P.M. on February 9, 2026. Notice is further given hereby that a public hearing on said Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be at 6:30P.M. February 9, 2026, at 1350 Armour Road, Bourbonnais, IL and that final action on this ordinance will be taken at a meeting to be held at 1350 Armour Road, Bourbonnais, Il. At 6:30PM, March 23rd, 2026.
