Bids will be opened and read at that time for the following: General County Seal Coat Letting – Various Road Districts, Section 26-XX000-00-GM. Bid forms giving detailed specifications may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer, 851 West 10th Avenue, Milan, Illinois 61264 (Phone (309) 787-4668). All bids must be submitted on these forms and returned in a sealed envelope marked with the item bid.
