MILLER DECEASED CASE NUMBER 2026P000043 PUBLICATION NOTICE AND/OR CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Michael P. Miller whose address was 5146 Belden Ave., Apt. A3, Downers Grove,IL 60515. Letters of Office were issued on 1/30/2026 to Anna May Miller, 1026 62nd Place, Downers Grove, IL 60516 as Independent Administrator whose attorney is Daniel Lifka, 1551 Warren Ave., Downers Grove, IL 60515. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Candice Adams, Circuit Court Clerk, 505 N. County Farm Rd., Wheaton, Illinois, or with the representative or both on or before August 18, 2026 any claim not filed within that period is barred.
