IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Alan Forde, DECEASED. 26 PR 38 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to Peter Forde, 331 Tower Hill Drive, Saint Charles, Illinois 60175, as Independent Administra- tor, whose attorney of record is Nicole Lawless, Bielski Chapman, Ltd., 123 North Wacker Drive, Suite 2300, Chicago, Illi- nois 60606. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
