Letters of office were issued to Michael Bernitt, 9003 Natoma Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illi- nois 60453, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Terrence E. Davey, Malman Law, 205 West Randolph Street, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illi- nois 60606. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
