IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF James Neil, Jr., deceased 26 PR 159 Notice is given to credi- tors of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of office were issued to William Neil, 1622 South Charlotte Court, Lombard, Illinois 60148, as Independent Executor, whose attorney of record is Aaron J. Lytle, Ariano, Hardy, Ritt, Richmond, Lytle & Goettel, PC, 2000 McDon- ald Road, Suite 200, South Elgin, Illinois 60177. The estate will be adminis- tered without court super- vision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any interested person terminates inde- pendent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the clerk.
