IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Richard Babyar, DECEASED. 26 PR 113 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Joseph Babyar, 24 South Morgan Street, Unit 905, Chicago, Illinois 60607, as Indepen- dent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Mary Liberty, Illinois Estate Law, 4422 North Ravenswood Avenue, Suite 212, Chicago, Illinios 60640. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act Ill.
