IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 18TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT DUPAGE COUNTY, 505 NORTH COUNTY FARM ROAD, WHEATON, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF Daniel Lee Stibbe, DECEASED. 24 PR 693 Notice is given to creditors of the death of the above named dece- dent. Letters of office were issued to Skyler Stibbe, 2627 SW 154th Place Road, Ocala, Florida 34473, as Indepen- dent Administrator whose attorney of record is Joel Stephen, 1935 Sherwood Place, Wheaton, Illinois 60189. The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under section 5/28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill. Compiled Stat. 1992, Ch. 755, par. 5/28-4) any inter- ested person terminates independent administra- tion at any time by mail- ing or delivering a peti- tion to terminate to the clerk.
