PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID Joliet Public School District 86, 420 N Raynor Ave., Joliet, Illinois 60435, will receive sealed bids for: 2026 Furniture Move at Hufford and Gompers Junior High Schools This project includes moving the furniture out of existing buildings to the adjacent new buildings at the Following schools: • Gompers Junior High School – 1125 N Larkin Ave., Joliet, IL 60435 • Hufford Junior High School – 1501 Copperfield Ave., Joliet, IL 60432 The Bid Opening will be on Wednesday March 4th, 2026, at 2:00PM at the Administrative Offices located at 420 N Raynor Ave., Joliet, Illinois 60435. At this time, the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Dr. Theresa R. Rouse, Superintendent, Joliet Public Schools District 86, 420 N. Raynor Ave., Joliet, Illinois 60435. Bidders are required to submit an AIA 305-Contractors Qualification statement electronically to Cody LaBeck - clabeck@nicholasquality.com prior to receiving bidding documents.
