PUBLIC NOTICE Notice to Small, Disadvantaged, Minority, and Women's Businesses Maguire Iron, Inc. PO Box 1446, Sioux Falls, SD, 605-334-9749, is seeking bids from qualified small, disadvantaged, minority and women-owned businesses for the New Lenox, IL - Schoolhouse Road Elevated Tank project which will be accepting bids for the construction of a new water storage tank. There will be subcontracting opportunities in the areas of: painting, electrical, site preparation, welding, and supply. All interested and qualified small, disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses should contact in writing, Jay Simpkiss to discuss the subcontracting opportunities. All subcontractors must be prepared to certify that the firm and the principals qualify as meeting one of the above-referenced groups and that they have not been determined to be ineligible to perform work under a federally assisted or federal construction contract for any reason.
