Case No. 2025 PR 000708 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given to creditors of the death of Michael J. Oberts of Joliet, Illinois. Letters of office were issued on February 4, 2026, to Bridget M. Murphy, 2016 Dartt Hill Road, Bethel, VT 05032, whose attorney is Paul N. Bonadies, Dahl & Bonadies, LLC, 630 Dundee Road, Suite 425, Northbrook, IL 60062. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Will County Court House, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432 or with the representative, or both, on or before August 11, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of any claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
