Offers will be received electronically via E-Bid before 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time on Tuesday, March 3,2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time via Google Meet. The project consists of updates and renovations to the existing cafeteria/commons and serving area at Mattoon Middle School, located at 1200 S. 9th St, Mattoon, IL 61938. The scope will be limited to the spaces outside of the dish room and kitchen area, except as indicated on MEP drawings. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work.
