The Village of Libertyville (Owner) invites sealed Bidder's Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows: Reha- bilitate one of the Village’s three elevated tanks (Garfield Tower), including but not limited to interior wet coating repairs, minor tank improvements, valve pit upgrades, electrical upgrades, and general mainte- nance. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: 810 Garfield Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048. The Bidding Documents can be obtained through QuestCDN via the Clark Dietz, Inc. website at www.clarkdietz.com or at www.questcdn.com under Login using QuestCDN #10060833 for a $25 nonrefund- able fee beginning Wednesday, February 18th, 2026.
