Case No. 25 PR 648 NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Gerard Weis, of Lake Forest, Illinois. Letters of Office were issued on January 29, 2026, to Rya A Weis aka Raija A. Virtanen Weis, of 203 Bluffs Edge, Lake Forest, IL, 60045, whose attorneys are LESSER, LUTREY, PASQUESI & HOWE, LLP, 191 E. Deerpath, Ste. 300, Lake Forest, IL 60045. CLAIMS NOTICE Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois 60085, or with the representative, or both, on or before August 13, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
