COWHEY of LAKE FOREST, IL. Letters of office were issued on March 5, 2026, to Cathleen M. Cowhey, 1041 Barry's Ct., Lake Forest, IL 60045 -and- Thomas Fitzsimons, 6608 N. Oshkosh Ave., Chicago, IL 60631, whose attorney is Kevin W. Fitzsimons. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court or with representa- tive, or both, on or before September 9, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
