Racine Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186 262-706-3260 is seeking disadvan- taged businesses (DBE/MDE/WBE/BEPD) for the Bid 25-253 2026 Lead Water Service Replacement Program in Naperville IL for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Trucking/Hauling, Plumbing, and restoration. Subcontracts will be awarded based on price and ability to perform the work.
