that Plaintiff commenced this case in the Circuit Court of Peoria County against you and other defendants, for foreclosure of a certain mortgage lien recorded against the real estate described as follows:
LOTS 39 AND 40 IN NORTHCREST SUBDIVISION OF THE WEST 347 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST OF THE FOURTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PEORIA, IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.

Said mortgage was executed by DAKOTA L. ZESIGER AND LUCIAN DRAKE, as mortgagor(s) and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., as mortgagee, on 11/15/2022 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Peoria County, Illinois as Document Number 2022021946.
