REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PERMIT AND CODE ENFORCEMENT SOFTWARE RFP NO.: 226-CD-020 02/10/26 Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, on March 06, 2026 at the office of the Central Services Manager, City Hall Building, 425 East State Street, 4th floor, Rockford, Illinois 61104. At that time and place, all proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals will be accepted until the specified opening time and date. Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused. Proposal forms may be obtained via email or on the City website at: https://rockfordil.gov/bids or larry.graham@rockfordil.gov, or at the office of the Central Services Manager (City Hall, 425 East State Street, Rockford, IL, 61104). Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked with the name of the RFP, and the RFP number. Each vendor shall submit with their proposal the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any proposal which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered.
