PUBLICATION NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ILLINOIS SANGAMON COUNTY CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CREDIT UNION, an Illinois credit union a/k/a CEFCU, Plaintiff, v. JANE I. WHITESIDE a/k/a JANE INEZ WHITESIDE, Defendant. Case No. 19LM 545 The requisite Affidavit for Service by Publication having been filed in the above-captioned cause, NOTICE is hereby given to JANE I. WHITESIDE a/k/a JANE INEZ WHITESIDE, defendant in the above-captioned action, that a Petition to Revive Judgment in the above-captioned action is now pending in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Illinois, Sangamon County, against you requesting revival of the judgment entered in the above-captioned action on June 14, 2019, in favor of plaintiff CITIZENS EQUITY FIRST CREDIT UNION, an Illinois credit union, and for other relief. Summons was issued out of the court against you as provided by law, and the action is still pending. And you are further notified that unless on or before March 28, 2026, you, JANE I. WHITESIDE a/k/a JANE INEZ WHITESIDE, shall answer or otherwise make your appearance, and defend in said action, in said court, a default judgment and/or an order to revive judgment may be entered against you at any time after that day, in accordance with the request in the Petition to Revive Judgment.
