NOTICE BY PUBLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Jamie Cassidy, whose address is unknown, that a Petition for Appointment of Guardian of a Minor has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Tazewell County, Illinois, seeking the appointment of Patricia A. Meiner and George H. Meiner, IV as Co-Guardians of the Person of the minor child, Ruby J. Meiner.
You are hereby notified that unless you file an appearance and answer or otherwise plead in the above-entitled cause within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, a default may be entered against you and the Court may grant the relief requested in the Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a publication of general circulation in Tazewell County, Illinois.
