STATE OF ILLINOIS COUNTY OF COOK, ss. Circuit Court of Cook County, County Department, Domestic Relations Division. In re the Marriage of Othella P. Gales, Petitioner, and Robert K. Turnipseed, Respondent. No. 26 D 2537. The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, the above named Respondent, that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Room 802, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington St., Chicago, IL by the Petitioner, for Dissolution of Marriage and for other relief; and that said suit is now pending. Now, therefore, unless you, the said Respondent, file your response to said Petition or otherwise make your appearance therein, on or before May 20, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day, and a Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage entered in accordance with the prayer of said Petition.
