IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF UPSHUR COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA IN RE: PETITION FOR THE ADOPTION OF BABY BOY, K.R.L, DATE OF BIRTH NOVEMBER 22, 2017, AN INFANT CHILD ADOPTION ACTION NO.: 26-A-2 NOTICE TO: AUSTIN DAKOTA LANE, THE UNKNOWN FATHER, AND ANY AND ALL WHO CLAIM PARENTAL AND/OR CUSTODIAL RIGHTS IN AND TO SAID INFANT, K.R.L. YOU AND EACH OF YOU, ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT: 1. A Petition has been filed in the above styled action seeking the adoption of said infant child by the Petitioners. 2. Proceedings pursuant to this petition may result in the permanent termination of your parental rights. 3.
