NOTICE TO STARK COUNTY VOTERS Early voting for the March 17th 2026 Primary Election will begin February 5th 2026 and end March 16th 2026 at the office of the Stark County Clerk located at 130 W, Main, Toulon. Voting hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We will also be open for early voting on Saturday March 14th from 9-noon.
