NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed by Stark County Highway Department, 411E Main St, Toulon, Illinois, directed to the Stark County Board of Appeals requesting a variance in setback requirements for property described as City of Toulon, Part SESection 19,3.17 acres. The request for the variance is for an existing 30 x 40' building to be 1' from the North property line, rather than the 25' setback. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing on said petition will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the County of Stark, at the Courthouse at 130 W Main Street, Toulon, Illinois, at 7:00 p.m., May 4,2026, at which time and place ail persons may be present and will be heard.
