CLAIR IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ) PROBATE & TAX DIVISION James Goodwin, DECEASED ) NO. 2026-PR-42 CLAIM NOTICE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF James Goodwin, DECEASED Notice is given of the death of James Goodwin, of Belleville, Illinois. Date of death was July 20, 2022. Letters of Office were issued on February 26, 2026 to Joseph Bohannon, as Administrator, of 207 Cascade Drive, Belleville, IL 62223, whose attorney is AK Bradley Law, 311 S. Lincoln Ave. Ste 1, O'Fallon, IL 62269 Claims against the estate may be filed in the of the Clerk of this Court at the St. Clair County Courthouse, 10 Public Square, Belleville, IL, 62220; Attn: Probate Division. Claims must be filed with the representative or the court, or both. Within 10 days after a claimant files his claim with the court the claimant (l) shall cause a copy of the claim to be mailed or delivered to the representatives and to his attorney of record, and (2) shall file with the court proof of any required mailing or delivery of copies. (755 ILCS 5/18-1). Claims against this estate must be filed on or before 6 months from the first date of publication of the Notice, or as to a claimant known to the representative, within 3 months from the date of mailing or delivery of this notice to such claimant, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
