IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, COUNTY DEPARTMENT, PROBATE DIVISION. ESTATE OF FRED DOUGLAS WINSLEY, DECEASED. NO. 2026P001445. Notice is given of the death of the above named decedent. Letters of Office were issued to Rosemary Holman-Winsley, 4540 S. Lavergne Avenue, Chicago, IL 60638, as Independent Administrator, whose attorney of record is Elaine C. Gilman (39763), 29 South Brainard Avenue, La Grange, IL 60525. Notice is given to Ahmad Williams, who is an heir of the decedent whose name or address was not stated in the petition for Letters of Administration, that an order was entered on 04/07/2026, granting independent administration of the estate. This means that the administrator will not have to obtain court orders of filed estate papers in court during probate. The estate will be administered without court supervision unless interested persons ask the court to become involved. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the clerk in Room 1202, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W.
