CASE NO. 2026PR000015 CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Anita Tijerina, whose address was 7670 Steeple Chase Dr., Frankfort, IL 60423. Letters of Office were issues on March 16, 2026, to Daniel Tijerina, 7670 Steeple Chase Dr., Frankfort, IL 60423, as Independent Executor, whose attorney is Sexauer Law, P.C., 100 N. LaSalle St., Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60602. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 [755 ILCS 5/28-4] any interested person may terminate independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 3208 McDonough St., Joliet, IL 60431, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 24, 2026. Any claim not filed within that period is barred.
