PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS Estate of: JEAN LOUISE FINN,deceased, Case No.: 2026PR000019 NOTICE is given of the death of Jean Louise Finn who died on July 10, 2025 and whose last address was 9390 Fox Run Circle, Frankfort, IL. Letters of Office were issued on March 12, 2026 to Carrie Orth whose address is 19525 Waterford Ln., Mokena, IL 60448, who is the legal representative of the estate. Her attorney is Philip J. Bernstein, 1189 Ridgewood Dr., Highland Park, IL 60035. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Will County, IL, 100 W. Jefferson, Joliet, IL 60432 or with the estate's legal representative, or both, on or before September 14, 2026. Any claim not filed by the requisite date stated above shall be barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Circuit Clerk's Office must be mailed or delivered to the estate's legal representative and to her attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
