DEATH AND CLAIM NOTICE ESTATE OF Mary Jane M ertz, deceased, No.2026PR000019, Notice is hereby given of the death of the above-named decedent who resided at 216 Perry Street, Rossville, Illinois, and that letters of office were issued on March 10, 2026 to Rose Kiser of 20424 Meridian Road, Patoka, Illinois as Independent Administrator whose attorney Gary J. Stokes, 200 North Gilbert, Illinois 61832. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk in Room 101 in the Court House at#7North Vermilion, Danville, Illinois or with the Representative or both within six months from the date of first publication and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
