PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTY-SECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT MCHENRY COUNTY ESTATE OF Jason Diekman Ward Deceased No. 2026PR000019 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Jason Diekman Ward, of Crystal Lake, IL. Letters of Office were issued on February 19, 2026 to Barbara K Ward, 547 Oak Knoll Rd., Barrington, IL 60010, whose attorney is Elizabeth Maine Ellis, 445 Park Ave., Ste. D, Cary, IL 60013. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, 2200 N. Seminary Ave., Woodstock, Illinois 60098, or with the representative, or both, on or before August, 27, 2026 which date is not less than six months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it is filed.
