PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 12th JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF ROBERT L. WILLAMS JR. Case No. 2026PR0196 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Robert L. Williams Jr. whose address was 23048 Firenze Dr., Frankfort, IL. Letters of Office were issued on April 24, 2026, to Thessa Robertson-Williams, 23048 Firenze Dr., Frankfort, Illinois as Independent Administrator with Will Annexed. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ICLS 5/28-4) any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Clerk. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Office of Andrea Lynn Chasteen, Circuit Court Clerk, Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432, or with the Representative, or both, on or before October 28, 2026, any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed. Michael A.
