PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS COUNTY OF WILL IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 12TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS ESTATE OF: DIXIE LEE CHARLOTTE SPIESS, DECEASED No. 25 PR 728 NOTICE TO SCOTT SPIESS Notice is given Mr. Scott Spiess, whose last known address is 101 Caterpillar Drive, #1B Joliet, Illinois 60436, of the death of Dixie Lee Charlotte Spiess. Letters of Office were issued on February 3, 2026, to Joyce Cortese, Executor, do Bruggeman, Hurst & Associates, P.C, whose attorney is Alan R. Bruggeman of Bruggeman, Hurst & Associates, P.C., 20012 Wolf Road, Suite 200, Mokena, Illinois 60448. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Will County, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, within six (6) months of the date of first publication of this notice, or if mailing or delivery of a notice to the Independent Executor is required by Sec. §18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice.
