BURKE, Deceased Case No. 2026PR000020 Claims Notice Notice is hereby given of the death of BERNARD R. BURKE. Letters of Office were issued on March 11, 2026 to JAMES FRANCIS BURKE of 1819 Schuster, Joliet IL 60433 as Independent Executor of the Estate of BERNARD R. BURKE who resided at the time of his death at 408 Davison St., Joliet IL 60433, whose attorney is Elizabeth M. Miller, 1948 Essington Road, Suite F-A, Joliet, Illinois 60435. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk, Will County Circuit Clerk, 100 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60432, and may also be sent to the representative on or before September 14, 2026, which date is not less than 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten days after it has been filed.
