CASE NO. 2026PR31CLAIM NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of RITA M. LUNG on March 5, 2026, and Letters of Office were issued on March 31, 2026, to RANDALL D. WALDRIP of 1405 Dove Drive, Metamora, Illinois 61548, whose attorney is Black, Black & Brown, 115 Washington Square, Washington IL 61571, Independent Administrator. Claims may be filed on or before the 8th day of October 2026 or six months from the date of the first publication of this Claim Notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Woodford County Courthouse, 115 N. Main Street, Eureka, IL 61530 or with the representative, or both. Within ten (10) days after a claimant files its claim with the Clerk of the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative and to its attorney of record and file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
