CASE NO. 2026 PR 17CLAIM NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the death of JOHN C. GRAHAM on November 1, 2025, and Letters of Office were issued on February 19, 2026, to SHARON K. GRAHAM of 210 Knollaire Drive, Metamora, Illinois 61548, as Independent Executor, whose attorneys are Mishler & Mishler, P.C., 108 N. Davenport Street, P.O. Box 589, Metamora IL 61548. Claims may be filed on or before the 25th day of September, 2026, or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Claim Notice, whichever is later, and any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Woodford County Courthouse, 115 N Main Street, Suite 202, Eureka, Illinois 61530, or with the representative, or both. Within ten (10) days after a claimant files its claim with the Clerk of the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative and to its attorney of record and file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
