LUTZ, a deceased person Case No. 2026 PR 17CLAIM NOTICE & NOTICE TO HEIRS Notice is hereby given to the heirs and creditors of David I. Lutz, deceased. Letters of Office were issued on February 12, 2026, to Cynthia Thompson, who was named as Independent Executor. Her attorney is named below. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Courthouse, 1317 - 3 rd Avenue, Suite 101, Rock Island, IL 61201, or with the representative, or both, on or before August 28, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from a representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act (ILCS 5/18-3), the date stated in the notice.
