Letters of Office as independent executor were issued on March 13, 2026, to Kelly Nichols, 2730 E. 58 th Street, Davenport, Iowa 52807, whose attorney is Jeffrey D. Jacobs, Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP, 1620 Fifth Avenue, Suite 101, Moline, Illinois 61265.Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of Court, Rock Island County Courthouse, Rock Island, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 21, 2026, and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
