Rosenberg and that Letters Testamentary were issued on February 9, 2026, to Charissa L. Rosenberg, 1905 T St, Omaha, NE, 68135 and Shane C. Rosenberg, 2709 H St, Amana, IA 52307 as Co-Executors. The attorney of record is Rachel M. Conley, Lane & Waterman LLP, 220 N Main St – Ste 600, Davenport, IA, 52801. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Rock Island County Courthouse, Rock Island, Illinois, or with the Independent Administrator, or both, on or before the 13th day of August, 2026, or, if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the Co-Executors is required by Section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred.
