Riggs Jr., Letters of Office were issued on February 9, 2026, to Alicia Schnepple as Administrator whose attorneys are Barash & Everett, LLC.Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the clerk of the court, Rock Island County, Rock Island, Illinois or with the representative, or both on or before August 28, 2026.
