Letters of Office as independent executor were issued on February 26, 2026, to Brandy Casel, 1025 30 th Street, Drive SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52403, whose attorney is Jeffrey D. Jacobs, Bozeman, Neighbour, Patton & Noe, LLP, 1620 Fifth Avenue, Suite 101, Moline, Illinois 61265.Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of Court, Rock Island County Courthouse, Rock Island, Illinois, or with the representative, or both, on or before September 14, 2026, and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.E-filing is now mandatory for documents in civil cases with limited exemptions.
